MARYSVILLE, Mich., April 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- J. Peter Farquhar, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tarpon Industries, Inc. ("Tarpon") , announced that Patrick J. Hook has joined the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Farquhar previously held the President position. Mr. Hook also serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Tarpon's subsidiaries, including Eugene Welding Company and Steelbank Tubular, Inc.
