* Rick Neuheisel put money in an NCAA basketball pool. Maybe he could've won $5,000. His university, Washington, decided that jumping in that pool--and the lies he told about it--amounted to "dishonesty," for which he could be fired.
He took them to court with a wrongful termination lawsuit. When its case looked in trouble, Washington caved. It gave Neuheisel $4.7 million. I'm wondering: Does this mean the pool ain't over till the lawyers sing?
