Tras 54 dÃas de arraigo, un juez federal girÃ³ ayer la orden de aprehensiÃ³n en contra de Nahum Acosta Lugo, ex director de Giras de la Presidencia, Ãºnicamente por el delito de delincuencia organizada.

Fuentes cercanas al caso informaron que el Juez Sexto de Distrito de Toluca, JosÃ© Luis GÃ³mez MartÃnez, determinÃ³ en el mismo fallo negar la aprehensiÃ³n por delitos contra la salud, en la modalidad de fomento, ya que considerÃ³ que la PGR no ofreciÃ³ evidencias suficientes en contra de Nahum.
