The main backer of a proposed Arapaho-Cheyenne casino wants to incorporate the casino in a $400 million resort complex east of Denver.

Steve Hillard, who heads a group of investors for the so-called Homecoming Project, said Thursday the resort will have a 500-room, five-star hotel, an 18-hole golf course and a 3,000-seat amphitheater.

The facility, at a site that hasn't been determined, will also include a Plains Indian cultural center, high-end shopping and four-diamond dining, he said.
