    GREENSBORO, N.C., and SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- AT&T Federal Systems and Semaphore Communications Corporation have signed a comprehensive distribution, marketing and manufacturing agreement involving Semaphore's Network Security System (NSS). 
    The NSS is a new generation of hardware and software products which combine to control access and protect data as it travels from source to destination over both local- and wide-area networks. 
    Under terms of the agreement, AT&T Federal Systems' Custom Manufacturing Services will build the Semaphore-designed ...
