AN Irishman claims his family should have inherited his older brother's pounds 3million fortune...not the doctor named in his will.

Eric McClintock believes his brother, Dr Joseph McClintock, was in no fit state to write his will two years prior to his death.

And he says the surviving brothers and sisters should inherit the cash, which the doctor had made from share dealing.
