Mar. 18--WEST BOYNTON -- When residents of the Cinnabar and Bay Estates homeowners associations started arguing over Cinnabar's new fence a few years ago, the battle lines were not clearly drawn.

Cinnabar's fence was actually on Bay Estates property. Cinnabar's developer, G.L. Homes, had planted a row of trees and hedges there when the community was built in the early 1990s, and the fence was built along that line.

When the two developments realized the error, Cinnabar stopped maintaining the area.
