Mar. 7--FREDERICK --Although it took a while to catch on, tilt-up construction is moving forward in the area, led by Morgan-Keller.

The company's wholly owned subsidiary, MK Concrete Construction, does all types of concrete work, but one aspect that most people probably don't appreciate or even know about is the use of tilt-up construction for office buildings and warehouses.
