DONALD McVicar admits he doesn't know for sure whether Andy Davis was right to call a penalty for Rangers at Tynecastle.

The one thing the SFA's referee supremo is convinced of is that TV evidence does not prove that the ref's assistant was wrong.

All hell broke loose when Hugh Dallas was alerted to the penalty claim, with both Dado Prso and Saulius Mikoliunas red-carded in the aftermath on Wednesday.
