Feb. 21--Lou Saccoccio is serving as the new executive director of the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association, a Washington-based organization comprised of corporate and individual members from the health insurance industry and federal and local law-enforcement agencies.

The association educates on and assists in investigating fraud committed by the health care industry. Mr. Saccoccio, 50, assumed the role Jan. 24.
