Feb. 17--LUCKNOW, India -- Everyone's worst fear has come true. The sale of adulterated cooking oil is not just local but a statewide phenomenon. With mustard oil samples from Kanpur, Ferozabad and Gonda also testing positive in the state public analyst laboratories, there is hardly anything left for doubt.
