En diciembre de 2002, un año y meses antes de que estallara el escándalo de los videos, Rosario Robles escribió a Carlos Ahumada una carta personal que, leída a posteriori, ofrece detalles reveladores del camino --de la cima a la sima-- que finalmente condujo al desastre a la pareja de amantes y a quienes los acompañaron en su aventura de amor, política, negocios y corrupción. La carta fue encontrada en las oficinas del Grupo Quart y forma parte del expediente de la causa 344/2004, bajo la jurisdicción del Juez 32 de lo Penal. La transcribimos a continuación.
