El ex banquero Carlos Cabal Peniche garantizó una nueva fianza multimillonaria para mantener su libertad, luego de que hace siete meses tuvo que pagar la caución más cuantiosa en la historia del sistema judicial mexicano.
Ante el juez 41 penal del fuero común, Cabal tuvo que presentar una garantÃa por poco más de 179 millones de pesos, luego de que un tribunal federal le negó el amparo contra una orden de aprehensión por fraude en perjuicio de la empresa Operadora Enlace, S.A.
