Feb. 10--Johnson Controls Inc. is responsible for more than 26,000 miles of ductwork in buildings around the world, and it's concerned about the employment pipeline into its industry.

So in an effort to improve both the quantity and quality of workers becoming heating and cooling technicians, Johnson Controls is forming partnerships with Milwaukee Area Technical College and three other schools around the nation.
