JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE:REG) announced today financial and operating results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2004.

Funds From Operations (FFO) for the fourth quarter were $61.1 million, or $0.95 per diluted share, compared to $55.9 million and $0.91 per diluted share for the same period last year, a per share growth rate of 4.4%. For the full year, FFO was $200.9 million, or $3.21 per diluted share, compared to $181.8 million and $2.97 per diluted share for 2003, a per share growth rate of 8.1%. Regency reports FFO in ...
