There were opportunities elsewhere, but South Eugene's Matt Bramow wanted to stay in his hometown, where he has already made a name for himself as a two-sport star for the Axemen.
Bramow made his college choice official Wednesday by signing with Oregon and said he welcomes the pressure as well as the benefits that come from staying home.
