HOLLYWOOD -- Thomas Del Ruth scored his ninth nomination from the American Society of Cinematographers for his work on the "Gaza" episode of NBC's "The West Wing" as the ASC announced its TV nominations Wednesday.

Del Ruth, who's claimed top honors four times, was nominated in the episodic category along with David Boyd for the "Deep Water" segment of HBO's "Deadwood"; Nathan Hope for "Down the Drain," CBS' "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation"; Chris Manley for "A Man for a Mile," CBS' "CSI: NY"; and Alik Sakharov for "Long Term Parking," HBO's "The Sopranos."
