Little Red School House, a preschool/kindergarten chain based in Erlanger, is in danger of outgrowing its name.

Founded 30 years ago, it still operates schools, and they're indeed red. But little? That's a bit of a stretch.

The organization has just broken ground on its 13th and soon-to-be largest school in the Eastgate area. It recently put a seven-room addition on its now-12,000-square-foot school on U.S. 42 in Florence, Ky., and it's also expanded its Crescent Springs, Ky., school within the past year.
