Chinese Executive Vice-Premier Huang Ju laid out ambitious developmental targets for the world's most populous nation at the Annual Meeting 2005 of the World Economic Forum, proclaiming China's intention to quadruple GDP and treble per capita GDP by 2020 from 2000 levels.
