    ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- A federal judge has signed an order giving almost $150,000 to an Arlington newsletter firm that made copyright infringement claims against a testing laboratory for internal photocopying and for sending copies to a client, McDonald's Corp.
