A ROOKIE police dog showed his worth on his first day on the job - by sniffing out a bag of stolen cash.
Warwickshire Police dog Dobz went out on patrol for the first time on Christmas Day and found a bag containing pounds 600 in cash.
Dobz, who came to Warwickshire Police as a gift from a Bedworth family who could no longer look after him, had only recently completed his training.
