The Auburn school district has started to discuss the idea of having secondary students start their day later and elementary students begin their day earlier.
In effect, the two would switch their schedules, school officials said.
Some graduate students from the State University College at Oswego worked with a special committee, headed by middle school music teacher Douglas McCall, to do some initial research on sleep patterns and learning.
