Dec. 23--The effects of the summer's hurricanes have begun to fade in Seminole County, where existing-home sales increased 22.5 percent in November compared with a year ago. Seminole County's gain -- 468 home sales versus 382 a year earlier -- came after three consecutive months of decline.
