    EMERGENCY BOOK FUND CAMPAIGN 
    NEW YORK, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The three public library systems of New York City, Brooklyn, New York and Queens Borough, have joined with The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., in an urgent campaign to raise funds for library books.
