MAJOR GENERAL WILLIAM T. HEFLEY

William Tell Hefley was born in Cameron, Texas, in 1906, the son of a Texas attorney. Upon graduation from Yoe High School at Cameron in 1923, he entered Texas A&M for pre-engineering studies.
