THEODORE J. WILLIAMS
Theodore J. Williams, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Assistant Auditor General for Acquisition and Logistics Audits, Air Force Audit Agency, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Mr. Williams plans and carries out internal audit activity Air Force-wide that addresses procurement, weapon system acquisition, wholesale and retail supply, and maintenance.
