I'M MY OWN FAVORITE RADIO PERSONALITY. Yet even though I've been on XM Satellite Radio as the host of The Esquire Minute for two years, I've yet to hear myself on air. That's because I don't subscribe. I'm too fickle to commit 15 gigs of music to my iPod, much less commit to another hundred radio channels. But, taking a page from the crack trade, XM and Sirius sent me hardware and free subscriptions. And one of 'em is gonna wind up with a new paying customer. Not since Apple's "rip, mix, burn" could technology so change the way we discover music. Let me count the ways:
