TODAY is the National Day of Romania, a country which has a long history of contributions to the worlds cultural and scientific ideas.

Romania has a rich and colorful history. The "Hamangia Thinker" and the "Clay Tables of Tartiara" in 4,000 B.C. are proofs of the countrys early calligraphy, the first ever in Europe.
