When you first see Mac-In-DOS for Windows 2.0, you may ask, "Why bother?" Its sole purpose is to transfer files between a Mac's 3.5-inch high-density (1.44Mb) floppy disk and a PC's hard drive. Virtually all Macs today come with SuperDrives that can read and write PC-formatted disks. So what's the point of having a PC program that can do it? Well, if you have that Mac disk, but no Mac, Mac-In-DOS is one solution.
