MEXICO CITY, Nov 25, 2004 (Mexico Analytica/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- So far this year, the prices of residential housing in four districts (delegaciones) of Mexico City have risen by up to 30%, according to a study by consultancy Softec. Benito Juarez, Cuauhtemoc, Miguel Hidalgo and Venustiano Carranza are the only four districts of the capital where the city government allows construction of housing, which has resulted in higher prices.
