State-owned Oman Oil Company (OOC) is to take a 7.5% stake in a key regasification plant being built in Sagunto in Spain, and partially owned by Spain's third biggest power group Union Fenosa. Under the terms of the agreement, OOC will buy 15% of Infraestructuras de Gas, which owns half of the Sagunto factory. The other shareholders are fellow Spanish power companies Endesa and Iberdrola.
