A two-year-old boy met his untimely death when he accidentally fell into a deep excavation of a septic tank last Monday afternoon in Taguig, Metro Manila.

The fatality was identified as Mark Rem Tadeo of Villa Life, Pag-asa Extension, Zone 1-C, Signal Village, Taguig.

Investigation disclosed that the fatality was last seen alive playing with his playmates at 4:30 p.m.
