Nov. 13--A Salisbury, N.C.-based company will open its second call center in Southwest Virginia in Saltville, creating at least 200 jobs in a region hard hit by the loss of textile jobs and the announcement last month that Bristol Compressors, neighboring Washington County's largest private employer, will lay off 320 workers.
