Rush City, Minn. -- More than eight months after he was handcuffed and arrested, Mohammed Haider remains in prison, facing imminent deportation back to his native Bangladesh. Haider, who married an American last year, says he doesn't understand why.
"In 10 years I haven't had a single crime, not even a parking ticket," said Haider, 30, sitting in a small conference room at the state prison at Rush City.
