Luxury jeweler gilan, often referred to as the Cartier of Turkey, will open its first U.S. storefront this spring not far from its legendary French rival.
The jeweler leased a 1,900-square-foot store on the ground floor of 743 Fifth Ave. between two tony retailers, Bergdorf Goodman's men's store and Louis Vuitton.
