BI Inc. recently unveiled a new electronic monitoring option that will allow judges and community correctional officers to sentence offenders to home detention when no telephone service is available. The system, called BI Cellular[TM], is a wireless home detention system that combines with BI's premiere home detention equipment to produce this offender monitoring system.
