May 9--With very little instruction, Gov. Mark Schweiker operated a backhoe yesterday to break ground at Perry County's first industrial park.
More importantly, Schweiker first presented a check for $1.5 million to help pay for infrastructure improvements at Business Campus One in Penn Twp.
