          COMPANY POISED TO MEET GROWING MARKET DEMAND 
    NATICK, Mass., June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Atria Software Inc. today announced that it has completed its second round of venture funding, raising more than $4.1 million from four leading venture capital firms. 
    Two of the firms -- Matrix Partners and Sigma Partners -- were Atria's venture backers in the first round of financing, while the two new investors -- Highland Capital Partners and Morgenthaler Ventures -- joined in this round.
