Sep. 25--A Brown University study has found that Rhode Island state government Web sites have improved somewhat compared with other states, but overall, still rank in the middle of the pack.
The study looked at government Web sites that provide citizens with documents and services such as renewing automobile registration, filing tax returns and applying for unemployment benefits.
