May 2--Southern California probably won't see an economic turnaround until late this year, based on a report released Thursday.

California State University, Fullerton's, leading economic indicator decreased slightly -- 0.06 percent -- in the first quarter, suggesting a slowdown in economic activity in the six-county Southern California area in the next three to six months.
