France's National Medical Academy has not only called for all homeopathic medicines to be removed from state reimbursement, it has also claimed that these products are not drugs at all under French legal definitions, especially because their efficacy has not been demonstrated in clinical trials. Most European countries have decided not to reimburse these products, the ANM stated.
