Nikki Hemming, CEO of Sharman Networks, which owns the Kazaa file swapping Web site and software, welcomed last week's appeals court ruling that two of Sharman's competitors, Grokster and StreamCast, could not be held liable for the illegal copyright infringement their users engage in.
