A NORTH Wales man attacked a traffic warden who told him to cut his dread locks off, a court heard.

Dwayne Camblin, 21, of Water Street, Rhyl, admitted a charge of assault by beating and was fined pounds 150 with pounds 55 costs.

He was also ordered to pay pounds 50 compensation by Denbighshire magistrates.
