Global companies are now choosing El Salvador as the new home for their call center operations, taking full advantage of the country's skilled workforce, political and economic stability, and competitive business costs.
Outsourcing giants Sykes Enterprises Inc. and Teleperformance have both established operations in El Salvador, each making an investment that exceeds US$5 million.
