WASHINGTON _ An Arab-American Secret Service agent ordered off an American Airlines flight on Christmas Day followed procedures to the letter and was a victim of ethnic profiling, the agent's lawyers alleged Thursday.

"This is a case of discrimination," attorney John Relman said at a news conference. The 33-year-old agent has not filed a lawsuit against American Airlines but wants an apology and a revision of the airline's security policies, Relman said.
