Campaigners trying to turn a historic dock into a tourist attraction say their plans will be blown out of the water by a waste plant which could be built next door. A conservation group has been fighting for years to save the old Briton Ferry dock, built by legendary engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, and its unique entrance gate designed by his father.
