May 20--A co-chairman of a key legislative committee said Sunday that a hearing on the details of an audit of the Miller Park project should be held, but rejected a stadium district call to use that forum to review the performance of the Legislative Audit Bureau.

Robert N. Trunzo, chairman of the Miller Park stadium district, had asked legislators for a hearing to discuss the audit "and what it says about the Legislative Audit Bureau and its work." Trunzo made the request in a scathing letter to state Auditor Janice Mueller in which he said the audit ...
