Aug. 2--Carole Cavin loves Santa Rosa County's reasonable cost of living. She loves her quiet Navarre street and her backyard view of Santa Rosa Sound.
Like many of her friends, she calls the place "paradise."
But also like many of her friends, the Atlanta transplant is growing tired of living in a dry county.
In short, she hates having to drive 25 miles one way to buy a decent bottle of merlot to serve with dinner.
