Nov. 4--Commercial real estate markets likely will be fairly soft throughout next year, with 2004 being the rebound year, according to an outlook report by Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Rising vacancies, corporate belt tightening, falling rents and rising expenses will make next year challenging for property owners, the report notes.

But things should brighten in 2004.

Orlando is far down the report's list of best markets, ranking 21st, behind Atlanta and ahead of Charlotte, N.C.
