Nov. 8--The TriLegacy Group is in discussions with businesses interested in moving to Cecil Commerce Center, company officials said, and they might have a deal in the works as soon as the first quarter of next year.

"We've already spent money on marketing and business development," TriLegacy Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Spence said following yesterday's meeting of the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission.
